Prakash Netralaya & Retina Foundation was established in 1996 by Dr Manoj Saxena, M.S., D.N.B. (Ophtho). Originally, it was a small, compact and efficient establishment catering to the needs of all sorts of patients with eye diseases. Its new avatar is located in Avantika Phase II Colony on Ram Ghat Road.

We have recently renovated and shifted our Operation Theatre Complex to the first floor. PNRF now boasts of a fully equipped Modular Operation Theatre with Air Handling Unit and Positive pressure maintenance. We also have a LASIK OT and a third OT for minor procedures. Strict levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.

We at PNRF are very pleased and proud to announce that our hospital has acquired full NABH accreditation. (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers- a subsidiary of Quality Council of India) This accreditation focuses on high standards of patient care and safety. Excluding the NCR, ours is the first fully NABH accredited Eye Care Hospital in all of western UP.

That puts us at par with other renowned fully accredited hospitals of India like Shroff Eye Center, New Delhi and Medanta Medicity, Gurgaon, in terms of the standard of the services and safety we provide to our patients. It is especially a point of satisfaction to us that our hard work and dedication got us this recognition of our level of patient care in a Tier 3 city such as ours.
